Hey! I’m the Goose and I grew up eating all the comforts of fast foods. As a child, I didn’t really understand what that diet could do to my body as I began to get older. When I began learning more about the effect our food has on our body, I gained interest in making my life better and building my body the way it was intended.

I’m driven to create plans and helping others to achieve their fitness goals. I was overweight and that had a direct impact on my self-esteem and confidence. Now, I see it everyday. So many people are doing their best to lose weight and are not achieving the results they are looking to get. Maybe they don’t understand how to go about it, or maybe they’ve joined a gym and are left to stand and look at fitness equipment with no real understanding of how to use it or how it will benefit their bodies.

Well, I went on to receive my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am determined to not only stay on the fast track to great health and amazing fitness, but I am also committed to each and every person that places their trust in me.
