You may be like many of my clients that don’t know very much about using eating habits and a healthy diet to speed their way to a leaner, healthier life. Without proper nutrition and good eating habits, your chances of burning fat and reaching your goals are greatly reduced.

One thing I've noticed is that frequently someone who decides they want to lose weight doesn’t really understand where to start or how to go about it in the best way. Sure, you may know you have to exercise and eat right, but that's pretty vague.

And many people have learned that "fad" diets don't work. If you have been lucky enough to lose some weight on a “fad” diet, you may find that once you stop dieting you gain it back. It’s hard to keep it off!! That's not the way to do it! [Nutrition Tips]

With information so readily available today, you probably know you need to exercise to get rid of fat, lose weight and get your body into better shape. But, there are superior ways to exercise so to burn the most body fat possible. People are creatures of habit. Many people keep with doing the same old routines over time, and yet will expect different and improved results. Slowly, people get frustrated in their quest for weight loss and fitness and quit.
