Nutrition is a challenge for most of us, especially with our busy lives. I was a fast food junkie growing up, so I know how hard it is to eat right. One of the main things I say to people who are trying to lose weight is to make subtle changes in their diet. When I started cutting out soda in my diet, I lost ten pounds in six weeks, just by cutting out soda. One of the best things anyone can do is keep a food journal. Most people think their diet “isn’t that bad”, but when they see how many calories they are putting in their body, they are shocked. For some people, taking wheat out of their diet, helps them feel better and clear up their skin. For others, taking out dairy does wonders for their digestive system. Everyone is very unique and food affects people differently.

I am constantly using my own body to see what foods give me energy, and which food drain me. I want to help people understand the food they put in their system, not only affects their weight, but the way they feel. Taking out processed foods and replacing them with whole foods will help your body function at a more natural state. Nutrition is such a big key in achieving the results you desire.
