As often is said, balance is the key to long term success in physical training. Finding the right balance in working out is something that most people struggle to achieve on their own. I was a typical kid growing up. I loved and played many sports, but was not focused on taking care of my body or the benefits of healthy living. Being a natural athlete, I never thought about working out, taking care of my body or using diet to improve my overall performance. I was in my twenties before I realized there was a much better way to live and the positive effect it could have on my athletic performance not to mention daily living. Having learned and experienced the benefit of a total approach to working out, improving my body and better athletic performance, I have dedicated myself to helping my clients save time on their quest to a better body and healthier life. One of the biggest problems with people going to the gym is they typically do the same workout over and over again. Our bodies will adapt to the workout over time. I take all of the guess work out of it by providing you a number of challenging exercises with detailed reps, sets, and rest time to give you the most effective workout possible. I develop individual workouts that are tailored to each individual client, their goals and their bodies. Everyone’s body responds to exercise in different ways. When you train with me one-on-one, you will be getting a coach who is focused on helping you reach you personal goals. You may have worked with other trainers who seem to only count reps. I take personal interest in all of my clients, and strive to see to it that they not only look better, but feel better.
Many people do not understand their own power, the change they can achieve and the possibilities they possess. I encourage my clients to reach for their dreams and challenge them during each and every workout. I have had clients that could not do one pushup when they started training with me, and now they do sets of thirty and can lift heavy kettlebells over their head. I have had clients that would break out in a sweat when we would WALK on the treadmill, who can now do sprints without breaking a sweat.
