Kettlebell Bootcamp Class
My kettlebell bootcamp classes are for everyone from the stay at home mom to the elite athlete. You will learn exercises that use kettlebells to maximize fat burn during a one hour butt-kicking session. You will get a complete workout from head to toe through completing wonderful cardio swings, executing strength building presses and embracing the toning and flexibility aspects of the windmill. My clients find a supportive environment in class filled with people that encourage each other through the workout. Each class will be different and challenging, keeping your body from getting bored and helping you to achieve results faster.
You will receive individual attention in class, as I help you understand and master each exercise. Learning to exercise properly helps your body function at a higher level and see results quicker. Proper technique is important no matter what the skill is, and using kettlebells is no different. Once you master the skill and movements, you will see big changes in the way your body moves in your daily activities. The classes are a lot fun, and set to high energy music to keep you going. One-on-One Training & Partner/Buddy Training
I develop individual workouts that are tailored to each individual client, their goals and their bodies. Everyone?s body responds to exercise in different ways. When you train with me one-on-one, you will be getting a coach who is focused on helping you reach you personal goals. You may have worked with other trainers who seem to only count reps. I take personal interest in all of my clients, and strive to see to it that they not only look better, but feel better.
Many people do not understand their own power, the change they can achieve and the possibilities they possess. I encourage my clients to reach for their dreams and challenge them during each and every workout. I have had clients that could not do one pushup when they started training with me, and now they do sets of thirty and can lift heavy kettlebells over their head. I have had clients that would break out in a sweat when we would WALK on the treadmill, who can now do sprints without breaking a sweat.
