If you are like most people you have tried different types of exercise. After all one size does not fit all.

A lot of people stop working out for numerous different reasons or as they might be labeled ‘excuses’. Some say it was because weight training proved to be static, tedious and -frankly- boring. Yoga’s spiritual references seem to be more off-putting than inspirational.  Pilate training seemed more fitting to a classical dancer.
