Personal TrainingWorking face to face in our private gym facility is the primary way to fast-track your health and fitness. With an entire floor dedicated to a private studio, there's never any waiting to use the equipment the way you do in a mainstream commercial facility. You get access to the equipment you need when you need it, and you get your trainer's undivided attention.

Recovery SessionsAdd ons to personal training sessions. They will help speed up recovery time and reduce muscle soreness. Sessions last between 15 and 30 minutes. You can choose from compression boot recovery, percussion massage for deep tissue, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions to warm your body directly, and a state of the art Ogawa massage chair with chromotherapy.

Breath WorkBreath work is important to prevent injuries, improve the effectiveness of lifting weights and to manage the parasympathetic nervous system and aid recovery. Skills learned through breathwork can make you stronger, calmer, and more resilient both inside and outside the gym. We teach you how you can improve your training and recovery via breath work.
